On Putting Yourself Out There

On Putting Yourself Out There

We have to put ourself out there. But, we don't go back, that's the important thing.

For example, there was a party from a relative that my family was invited. If it was me a couple of years ago, i wouldn't come, not because i hate that relative or something, it was just me too scared to to get there, meeting strangers would feel like getting a stroke. But, the thing is that if i decide to get there anyway, it will feel a little uncomfortable for like 5 minutes but then i get used to it, feel like home after around 15 minutes after that, all the anxiety goes away just like that 🫣

Same way goes with girl and conversation with them, that's kinda weird that once you get used to it, fear is not in the dictionary for that context anymore.

However, we suffer in our my more than in reality, the mind will find ways and create things to block you from the situation using all the mental power it have. Once we retreat and accept failure, it will haunt us and makes us suffer, to the point that we don't dare to even think about it.

There's no easy solution for it, just put yourself out there and take whatever the situation throws at you, in no time you will have 2 things, first thing is courage, the second thing is the thing you want to archive doing the deed.
